How we Help you

Yoga
A blend of styles from deep stretch to slow flow and vinyasa, designed to release tension and increase mobility. You’ll move through foundational poses, improve flexibility, and calm your nervous system through breath and body awareness. No experience needed. Every class ends with relaxation and a clearer mind.

Pilates
A core-focused class using controlled mat exercises to strengthen your abs, hips, and lower back. You’ll build posture, stability, and support for everyday movement. Great for beginners and those looking to ease back pain or improve alignment, with modifications for all levels.

Breathwork
Guided breathing exercises and light meditation to calm your mind and energize your body. In these sessions, you’ll practice techniques to reduce anxiety, increase mental clarity, and even improve sleep. It’s like a reset for your nervous system, leaving you clear-headed and uplifted.

Self-Care
A guided self-massage class using foam rollers and small therapy balls to release tight muscles and trigger points. You’ll learn how to reduce pain, improve circulation, and restore balance across the body. Perfect for recovery, body awareness, and feeling reset after long days.

Q: "What should I bring or wear?"
A: Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (like a t-shirt and leggings). We provide yoga mats and any needed props (blocks, straps, etc.), but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. A water bottle and a small towel can be handy for comfort.
Q: “Do I need any experience or fitness level to join these classes?”
A: No, these classes are designed for all levels, especially beginners. Our instructors demonstrate modifications and will help you find what works for your body. Whether you’re new to exercise or getting back into it, you’ll be welcomed and supported.
Q: “What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?”
A: We understand life happens. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge. If you have an emergency, just let us know as soon as possible. There’s no long-term contract – you’re free to book sessions as needed. (We also offer membership discounts if you commit to a series, but that’s entirely up to you.)
Q: "How much do the classes cost?"
A: Most members pay between $12 and $25 per class, depending on how often they attend.
The more often you come, the more value you get—our highest-tier members pay less than half per class compared to drop-ins.
