Services Offered

Focal Massage provides personalized massage therapy services. All services are offered by licensed professionals in accordance with the standards and regulations set forth by the state of Tennessee.

Appointment Scheduling

Clients may schedule appointments with Focal Massage via our official social media channels, the Vagaro booking platform, our website, by phone, or in person. We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs and preferences through these various channels for your convenience.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

To respect the time of both our clients and our therapists, Focal Massage requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. This policy enables us to manage our therapists’ schedules effectively and offer available slots to other clients.

Cancellation Fees

Follow-Up Sessions: Clients failing to provide the required 24-hour notice for follow-up sessions will be eligible for a 50% refund of their pre-paid service fee. This policy is designed to compensate our therapists for their reserved time while providing flexibility for our clients.

Introduction Offers: The special introductory offer is deemed non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled without the requisite 24-hour notice. We offer this promotion as a one-time courtesy with the understanding that scheduling commitments are honored.

Exceptions for Emergencies or Illness

Focal Massage acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or sudden illness, can occur. In such instances, the cancellation fee will be waived. We kindly ask that clients inform us of these situations at their earliest convenience.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Members of Focal Massage services are afforded one courtesy waiver per month for cancellations or reschedules made within the 24-hour notice period. Subsequent instances within the same month will result in the redemption of the credited session associated with their membership. This policy is in place to ensure fair access to our services for all clients while recognizing the benefits provided to our members.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Focal Massage is committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients and appreciates your adherence to these policies.
