Restorative Yoga with Layla
Layla is a vinyasa and yin yoga teacher who focuses on alignment, safety, and creative sequencing. With a background in dance and a journey through hypermobility, she blends structure with fun. Her top priority is her students' wellbeing followed closely by their joy.

Human Suit Yoga with Sage
Human Suit Yoga is for tight hips, stiff backs, and overloaded minds. Led by Sage, this breath-driven, mobility-based practice blends Indian and Kemetic traditions. It’s beginner-friendly, grounding, and designed to help you feel open and alive again.

Breath Work with Jess
Learn to calm your mind and balance your nervous system using simple breath techniques. This beginner class teaches diaphragmatic breathing and “ocean breath” to reduce stress and boost health. Feel grounded, clear, and in control -no experience needed.
